1. Eat slowly 

 For decades nutritionists and doctors have linked slow eating with weight loss. People who don't eat on the run consume a smaller amount of food and thus they weigh less.
The explanation is that the feeling of fullness doesn't come from the stomach, but, like any other sensation, is triggered by the brain. So if you eat fast you exceed the quantity required before the digestive system tells the brain that you are full. It takes 20 minutes to start the feeling of fullness. Even if it sounds difficult (especially if you're really hungry), try to chew your food 35 to 50 times - it's very beneficial for digestion and melting extra pounds.

2. If you want to lose weight without a diet try to rest more

When you're tired your metabolism will work at a slower rate. You need an average of 7 hours of sleep a night. If you're the type that sleeps five hours a night, adjusting your sleep program will help you lose those extra pounds by influencing the two hormones that regulates the appetite: ghrelin and leptin.

Ghrelin is the one that dictates you when to eat, and when you're tired it's secreted in larger quantities. The second, leptin, is the hormone that tells you when to stop eating, being secreted in small amounts when you don't get enough sleep. Even if you feel that sleep is a waste of time , your body doesn't agree!

3. Don't skip breakfast

Somethimes we skip breakfast -a coffee is enough before we leave for work. It is however, a very bad habit, from a nutritionist point of view. You might think you're losing some calories, but the truth is you'll be starving by lunch and you'll be tempted to eat a much larger amount of food throughout the day. In addition, your metabolism will be very slow because of this. Think that if you skip breakfast your body will not produce the enzymes needed to metabolize fat.

4. Eat healthy foods

Try to include cereals and diet bread that will give you the feeling of fullness faster and less caloric than other products. They are also rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Many nutritionists have concluded that to lose weight it's very important to eat healthy nutritious foods that fills you up and improve your metabolism. Counting calories and carbohydrates removal are temporary solutions that end up doing more harm mentally and physically.

5. Choose healthy snacks

How many times have you "sinned" with one chocolate bar or a packet of biscuits between meals? If you want to lose weight, you should not give up snacks, you must replace them with healthy alternatives. Eat fruits, yogurts or oleaginous seeds (no more than 10-15 pieces - about how many fit in a palm). If you feel you really need something sweet, do yourself a cup of chocolate milk or choose a diet version: Inka.

6. If you want to lose weight without a diet, don't eat after 8 pm

It's better to have your dinner until this time, so your metabolism can have time to burn calories before sleep. If you feel you need a snack, do yourself a tea or brush your teeth immediately after dinner.

7. Eat a teaspoon of  jelly before bedtime

If you know you get hungry at night try to eat a teaspoon of gelatin powder before going to bed. This not only will give you a feeling of saturation, but also has many health benefits: elastic skin, makes your nails and hair stronger, better digestion.You can mix it with a cup of chamomile tea for a much better taste.

8. Drink fluids right

When and what you drink is extremely important when you want to lose weight. If you drink plenty of water during the meal, it will slow down digestion, diluting the acid in the stomach. This way the nutrients from food are not properly absorbed. Try to drink water 15 minutes before or after eating, and if you're really thirsty while eating, drink tiny sips.
Use tall, narrow glasses instead of short,wide glasses while drinking juice - it creates the illusion that you're drinking more. Avoid alcohol as much as possible, which not only has more calories per gram (7) than carbohydrates (4) or proteins (4) but it weakens your willpower. Without realizing you'll start consuming large amounts of food that you do not usually touch.
